Allen Meadows - Score: 91-94 (2017 June)

A whiff of oak toast does not intrude on the cool and ultra-pure essence of green apple, pear, lavender and discreet wisps of spice and citrus rind. There is terrific intensity to the beautifully refined and precise middle weight flavors that deliver excellent persistence on the harmonious finish. This doesn't possess the volume or power of the Charmes or the Poruzots yet the lacy refinement is genuinely lovely.
